Printed proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours will also be required for those under 5 years of age. Effective Sun, May 1, 2022, people ages 5+ must show proof of full vaccination. Face coverings must be worn at all times for all patrons, except while actively eating or drinking regardless of vaccination status per local health guidelines.
