ROCKNPOD is a unique annual event bringing together rock fans, artists, podcasters, and vendors for events that celebrate the past, promote the present, and look to the future. Rock is NOT dead and ROCKNPOD is an annual reminder of that!
WHERE?
ROCKNPOD weekend will be taking place August 6-8 in Nashville, TN! Our host hotel and Saturday ROCKNPOD Expo venue is Hilton Nashville Airport! Our Friday night preparty concert will take place at a venue TBD in downtown Nashville. After the Expo on Saturday, we’re planning a double feature of rock-themed movies with special guests. Stay tuned here for details as we announce them! The weekend wraps up Sunday with a comedy show being planned.
WHEN?
ROCKNPOD weekend begins on Friday August 6th. For Gold level-plus registered podcasters there will be a networking mixer late Friday afternoon. Details for this will be announced at a later date.
The ROCKNPOD Preparty will take place Friday night at venue TBD in Downtown Nashville. This show will feature Resist and Bite; the new project from Tommy Skeoch (formerly of Tesla). Additionally, the show will also feature a special Rare Hare set that will include several rock and metal celebrity guests playing some of your favorite deep tracks!
The ROCKNPOD Expo will also take place at the Hilton Nashville Airport on Saturday August 7th. The expo, as in previous years, will feature on-stage panel discussions with some of your favorite rock musicians and personalities. Also, numerous rock podcasters from all over North America will be on-site recording content live as well as on stage! Additionally, several vendors will be on-hand selling the best in rock vinyl, merchandise, and memorabilia. Other features of the ROCKNPOD Expo will include live raffles, a ROCKNPOD museum (featuring stage played gear and more), and signing and photo sessions with rock celebrities!
