In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band has been rescheduled for Friday, August 20, 2021 at 7:30pm at Boarding House Park. All tickets for the original show date will be honored for the new performance date. If you bought a ticket online, you will be emailed your ticket 4 days prior to the rescheduled concert. No action is required. If you have a physical ticket, that ticket will be honored at the new concert date. If you are unable to attend the new show date, please consider donating the value of your ticket purchase. As a non-profit music series, your donation to Lowell Summer Music Series is a tax-deductible. By making a donation, you are helping us to provide our community with quality entertainment in the months and years to come. For ticket holders unable to end the rescheduled date, full refunds are also available. Given the volume of refunds and delayed credit card processing times, it may take several weeks for the refund to post to your credit card statement. Refunds for rescheduled shows will be available until June 30, 2021.
There are few artists whose names are synonymous with one instrument and how it’s played in service to an entire genre.
Utter the phrase “young blues rock guitarist” within earshot of anyone with even a cursory knowledge of the modern musical vanguard and the first name they are most likely to respond with will be Kenny Wayne Shepherd. The Louisiana born axeman and songsmith has sold millions of albums while throwing singles into the Top 10, shining a light on the rich blues of the past and forging ahead with his own modern twist on a classic sound he has embodied since his teens.
Premium Seats are available in the first several rows for each show. Go to the seat map on the ticketing page for each show to see the actual layout. We have reduced each row from 16 seats to 12 seats so we can provide increased space between patrons. Seats 13 to 16 on the seat maps for each show have been deleted to allow for this additional space. Seats 1 through 12 are available for sale.
Kids age 12 and under are admitted free if accompanied by a ticket holder, courtesy of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union.
All sales are final. No request for cancellations, exchanges, changes or refunds shall be honored.
VIP Parking
A limited number of parking spaces are available by advance reservation on the surface parking lot adjacent to Boarding House Park for $27 per vehicle.
– Closest surface parking lot to the venue entrance – directly across the street.
– Convenient. Easy In, Easy Out.
– No waiting to exit from parking garage.
– Lot opens at 5:30 pm.
– On-Site Security Guard will be present.
– Part of the parking fee supports the nonprofit Lowell Summer Music Series.
