Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are using Verified Fan to help fans get tickets. Verified Fan requires registration to help filter out buyers looking to resell tickets, so more tickets get to fans who are going to hold on to tickets and attend the show.

Registration does not guarantee tickets – we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A lottery-style process will determine which registered fans receive a unique access code and which are put on the waitlist. Receiving a code doesn’t guarantee tickets. During the Verified Fan Onsale tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you aren’t selected, you’ll be placed on the waitlist. Waitlisted fans may receive an access code if tickets remain.
After you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on what to expect next. Registration closes on Sunday, February 19th @ 11:59pm ET.

How it works:
Stage 1: Registration. Sign in or create a new account and select the show(s) you’d like to attend. Once complete, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.
Stage 2: Verification. Ticketmaster authenticates your account and a lottery-style process will determine which registered fans will receive a unique access code and which will be put on the waitlist.
Stage 3: Status Update. You’ll receive an email the day prior to the sale letting you know if you were selected for the Verified Fan Onsale or placed on the waitlist. If selected, you will then receive a unique access code for the ticket sale. If you aren’t selected, you’ll join the waitlist and may receive an invite to join the Verified Fan Onsale if any tickets remain.
